Satsuma Kuradashi Genshu is an elegant, rich and very soft sweet potato shochu. It is undiluted with water (i.e. genshu) which gives it a high alcohol content and medium body. It has a mild sweetness that balances out the strong depth of flavor. A must try for a serious shochu lover!
