Sakura Shiranami Shochu

Sakura Shiranami is a sweet potato shochu made using yellow koji, which is typically used for sake brewing. The use of yellow koji gives it a light floral aroma, hence its name “Sakura”, or “cherry blossom”. It is light and drinkable with a clean finish.
