A light and clean rice shochu brewed with only the purest water and best rice. It is brewed at very low temperatures using Ginjo yeast, giving the shochu a lovely floral aroma similar to Ginjo style sake. This shochu is very easy to drink and will pair best with delicate dishes like white fish, vegetables and dishes cooked with cheese and butter.
