Green tea, sweet apple and lychee; slightly acidic and smooth. A full and rich sake with a complexity that’s hard to match. Made with the classic Yamahai brewing method, in which natural bacteria propagates in the mash for an extra two weeks. Serve slightly chilled, at room temperature, or warmed for enhanced round flavors. Tamano HIkari has been brewing sake for over 300 years in the Kyoto prefecture with the motto “good sake comes from good rice”.
