Bright aromas of white peach, cotton and coconut. Made with Omachi rice, the grandfather of sake brewing rice, which yields lush flavors. This sake has smooth fruit flavors with a dry finish. Tamano Hikari was the first brewery to revive pure junmai sake after World War II, when alcohol was added to sake due to major rice shortages.
