Grade: Junmai Ginjo
Junmai Ginjo sake is made from rice, rice koji and water. Junmai means “pure rice, signifying that there is no distilled alcohol added. To be classified as Junmai Ginjo sake, the rice polishing ratio must be 60% or less (at least 40% the rice grain is removed).
