Brewery: Nihon Sakari
Nihon Sakari was first established in 1889. It follows the corporate motto of “quality, reliance, and practice first.” Headquartered in Nishinomiya City, it uses Miyamizu water, which flows from Rokko, bringing a more “hard” type of water. The Nada, Hyogo region in Japan is widely-known as the best sake-producing region, in fact, in the 17th century, over 30% of sake breweries were based there. Nihon Sakari uses rice from the Banshu Plain, and it believes the key to brewing sake lies with new scientific brewing technology. Brewery Name: Nihon Sakari Region: Hyogo Est: 1889 All Breweries »
