Suigei brews its sake with water from the Kagami river, which is one of the cleanest bodies of water in the world, contributing to this sakes signature mouthfeel. The Kochi prefecture is known for the most alcohol consumption in Japan, hence the brewery’s name “Drunken Whale”.
