Type: Brown Sugar Shochu

Kokuto Shochu, or brown sugar shochu, is very unique! Sugarcane is harvested from the Amami Islands, then processed into brown sugar, and made into brown sugar shochu. It is known as Shimazake, which means “the island brew”. With its sweet aroma and clean mouthfeel, kokuto shochu is actually a great every day drinking shochu.
