Tenshi No Yuwaku, or “Angel’s Temptation”, is a highly prized sweet potato shochu aged in Sherry Barrels for over 7 years at a time. Its name is in reference to the “angel’s share”, a nickname for the quantity of barrel stored whiskey that evaporates during aging, said to be taken by angels. Tenshi no Yuwaku is a genshu, giving it a rich and delicious flavor with a sweetness like burnt honey. Full-bodied and creamy.
