Ryujin, or “Dragon God” is a sake brewery from Gunma, which has maintained a true focus on handcraft and artisanal sake brewing since its inception in 1597. The brewing team consists of only six workers, relying on this core team’s creative and experimental brewing technique. Ryujin believes that a small, sophisticated brewing team is the key in making high quality sake.
