Brewery: Hachinohe Shuzo
Hachinohe Shuzo was founded in 1775 in the Aomori prefecture, and to this day it continues to carry the first generation’s dream of brewing great sake. Hachinohe Shuzo works to make delicious sake that is also good for one’s health and environment. It uses the organic rice grown in Aomori and spring water from the Aomori area. Its original brick warehouse, storehouse, and main building still stand from the Taisho era.
