Tokushima Prefecture is located on Shikoku island in southern Japan known for its bountiful nature and culture. Tokushima is very famous for local “Sudachi”, which is a variety of Japanese citrus, some describe it as a cross between a lemon and a lime. Therefore, Sudachi Shochu is a local Tokushima specialty with light acidity and bitterness.
