Grade: Umeshu

Umeshu, or “plum wine” is made by steeping whole ume fruit in various types of alcohol. Some breweries mix in sugars, others use only the nautral sweetness of the plums. Umeshu typically has a nice balance of sweetness and tartness and a lower ABV of 10-15%.
