Brewery: Akita Shurui Seizo

Takashimizu started its operations in 1944 after deciding to merge 24 local Akita breweries into one. Each of the breweries gave up its name in order to become Takashimizu, the name of the hill that holds bountiful spring water and a sacred fountain. The brewery knows that without “Wa”, or harmony, good sake cannot be made.
