Brewery: Kizakura

Kizakura is one of Japan’s largest sake breweries that began brewing craft beer in 1995. This Kyoto-based brewery focuses on unique Ales with additions of yuzu, matcha, black beans and yamadanishiki rice. The clean and soft Fushimi water is used throughout the brewing process, giving each style a gorgeous mouthfeel.
