Brewery: Mizuho Brewery

Established in 1969, Mizuho Brewery is one of the oldest operating Awamori breweries in Japan. This brewery follows the ancient Okinawan technique of aging its shochu. They do this by utilizing a “Tenryuugura”, or a 640,000 liter underground tank for aging its delicious Awamori.
